In the past 15 years, we have been continuously increasing our capacity to the point in which we currently have 12 extrusion lines, 4 mixers, 3 CNC machines and 5 notching machines.Our factory has 50 employees to cover all areas of production work such as management, profile extrusions, profile cutting, routing holes, notching, glue caps, cleaning, QC, packing and loading the container. In 2019, we produced a total of 10,000 tons of PVC which is equivalent to 500 high container (40'HQ). We also have 6 punches and related equipment to produce various hardware such as hinges, latches, drop rods, etc. We provide customers with the convenience of a one-stop service for all their needs. In order to load products quickly and smoothly, we are equipped with 2 loading platforms that ensure that we never ship late.
