We provide our customers with a full range of technical support and services.The Technology Center implements a leadership responsibility system, under which the General Manager servers as Director of the Technology Center, and a technical commission is set up within the center, whose members are the General Manager, Deputy General Manager for production, Deputy Manager for R&D, Deputy Manager for marketing, R&D Manager, QC Manager as well as relevant technicians. The commission is responsible for the decision-making of major issues such as the product R&D direction, important projects, fund budget, talent cultivation and incentives, and the commission is also responsible for the assessment of the Technology Center.The Technology Center comprises an R&D Department and a Test Center. The R&D Department is mainly engaged in three areas of work: (1) Development of new products, which mainly involves developing new patterns, new structures and other products in woven carpet, tufted carpet and modular carpet; (2) Development of new technologies, based on functional application of carpets, develop carpets' functionalities, such as their environmental performance, flame-retardant property, anti-static performance, anti-bacteria and anti-moth performance; (3) Development of New Materials, this mainly involves trimming new textile materials treated with carpet dyeing and weaving for ease of use.The Test Center is mainly engaged in two aspects of work: (1) Raw material test, test the physical-chemical properties of various raw materials used in carpets and test materials for conformity with needs of production process; (2) Finished products testing, it is mainly about testing of the physical-chemical properties of the finished products.The Technology Center has a total staff of 37, comprising 30 in the R&D Department and 7 in the Test Center.Our company has established a series of center operation and management regulations, such as Technology Center Bonus & Incentives Measures, Technology Center Fund-Raising and Usage Regulations, Technology Center Project Selection and Management Regulations.The provisions and regulations as mentioned above have played a role of normalization, guiding and promotion in the construction of the Technology Center, including talent use and cultivation, fund- raising and use, assessment and incentives to technicians and project management.Each year, the company allocates no less than 4% of its sales volume as the fund of the Technology Center.The daily fund of the Technology Center is paid by the company.After transformation of some research results, the center gains a certain degree of government support, or obtains some fund through the transfer of technology and technical services.
