Baise Helian Aluminium Profile Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, has grown into a group company consisting of Baise Guangrui Metal Products Co., Ltd., Baise Helian Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd., Foshan Nanhai Helian Aluminum Profile Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Guangzhuo Metallic Materials Co., Ltd. and has established BIRDS COMPANY LIMITED in Yangon, Myanmar.Through years of development, the company has opened business offices in Nanning, Guiyang, Changsha, Wuhan and Foshan as well as in Yangon and Mandalay in Myanmar. We are specialized in production and marketing of aluminum profile, aluminum ingot and rod and other metallic materials with total annual turnover over USD 150 million. The company houses seven 800-1500t extrusion production lines with production capacity of 35000 tons per year, One Premium Vertical Spraying Surface Treatment System that has an annual production capacity of 20000 tons, Two Vacuum Type Wood Grain Surface Treatment Systems and Associated production facilities that cater to our Client's needs. Therefore, we can produce over ten types of architectural profiles, industrial profiles and decorative profiles with different alloy designations such as 6063 and 6061 or to provide special alloy designations and specifications tagged aluminum profile products. In addition, we also produce over 30 kinds of anodized tinted profiles and electrodeposition painted profiles with color codes and textures of silver white, champagne, titanium, golden yellow, bronze, drawing texture, mechanic polishing and imitated stainless steel and processing color powder coated and fluorocarbon coated profiles are also our specialties.To ensure the product quality, all raw and auxiliary materials are supplied by well-known and reliable suppliers at home and abroad. For instance, the chemical materials for surface treatment are sourced from Chemetall, Germany, the vertical spraying production line is equipped with the ANEST-IWATA spray gun imported from Japan and other main raw materials such as aluminum rod and coating are premium products with guaranteed quality sourced either in China or around the world. Moreover, by virtue of matured production and processing systems and proven product quality, the company is also the first aluminum profile production company authorized by AKZO Nobel in Guangxi. We put the ISO9001 quality management system into practice comprehensively and runs business in strict accordance with the ISO9001 requirements, from which we have progressively set up a complete quality management system characterized by normalized production organization and control mechanism and standardized processing procedure, being capable of producing aluminum profile products in compliance with GB/T5237-2017, EN 755 and AA 2003. Our subsidiary companies - "Guangrui", "Helian" and "Guangzhuo" since the inception have been adhering to the principle of "being low energy consuming, environmentally-friendly and harmonious" and proactively introducing and learning internationally advanced technologies to have the first vertical solid wood grain production line established in China.
