About Us

Henan Liujian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is an independent legal entity under Henan Liujian Construction Group. With a registered capital of 120 million yuan, the company adheres to the concept of "green building" and is a modern prefabricated building enterprise integrating design, research and development, sales, production, construction and maintenance. It aims to build itself into a demonstration production base for green prefabricated buildings in the central and western regions.

Henan Liujian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Luoyang Bochuang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.) was established on September 28, 2012. It is a prefabricated bridge steel structure enterprise in Henan Province. In March 2020, it moved from Yiyang Industrial Base to Ruyang County Industrial Agglomeration Area. The industrial base covers an area of 300 mu, with a construction area of 95,000 square meters and a designed annual output of 120,000 tons of prefabricated bridge steel structures.

Qualifications and Honors

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the management philosophy of "people-oriented and efficiency-first", strengthened process control, and gradually formed a united and capable management team through scientific management and continuous improvement. According to the company's business types, a technology research and development center has been established to handle the deepening of steel structures. All deepening designs are carried out using Tekla software.
The internal technical group is responsible for the preparation of technical bids, construction plans, technical support and management, as well as the management of internal technical documents. A quality inspection center has been set up, which includes a measurement and survey group, a quality inspection group, and a non-destructive testing group, responsible for quality inspection and management in the factory and on projects.

The company currently has 115 management personnel, including 15 senior engineers, 22 assistant engineers, and 318 construction workers. The organizational structure of the company is shown in the following figure:

Expert advisory team

The company has specially invited well-known management, design and material experts in the domestic steel structure industry to form the company's advisory team.

In terms of bridge production and construction: The former chief engineer of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, engineers, and the chairman of Henan Bridge Structure Association serve as technical advisors for bridge production and construction.

In terms of detailed drawing deepening design: A professor from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power and the president of Henan Steel Structure Association serve as technical advisors for the detailed drawing deepening design of steel structures.

In terms of manufacturing and installation processes: The former chief engineer of China Construction Steel Structure and the project manager of Wuhan High-Speed Railway Station serve as technical advisors for manufacturing, installation and other processes.

In terms of welding production technology: Experts and engineers from the China Construction Steel Structure Association serve as technical advisors for the welding production technology of steel structures.

In terms of welding procedure qualification: The director of the Materials Welding Research Institute of the 725th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, a professor-level senior engineer, serves as a technical advisor for welding procedure qualification and related technical processes.
