The company is a professional manufacturer of pressure pipe fittings and anti-corrosion pipeline. It covers an area of 100,000 square meters, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters. 　　We can produce bends, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, caps, flanges, high pressure forged fittings and related extension products from materials of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel according to national or international standards with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 tons.

　　The 8,000-ton four-column press machine can manufacture integrally hot-pressing tees upto 1420mm diameter, 120mm wall thickness .

　　The 1600-ton hot pushing machine can manufacture one seam or seamless elbow with a diameter of 1220mm and a wall thickness of 120mm.

　　The 800-ton large pipe bending machine can produce bends of various angles and bending radius. The maximum diameter is 2220mm,  the effective stroke of the equipment is 13 meters, Soveled the problem of forming the bend overall in one time. 

　　Our products are widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, natural gas, shipbuilding, heating, paper-making, metallurgy, new energy and other industries.

　　The company has 6 large, medium and small heat treatment furnaces to meet the test, normalizing, tempering, quenching, solution reatment and other heat treatment processes of stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials.  The daily processing capacity is 300 tons.  

　　There are 4 automatic anti-corrosion production lines for pipes and pipe fittings, which can produce 3PE, 2PE, FBE, and solvent-free epoxy resin coating according to the standard. The annual production capacity is more than 1 million square meters. The anti-corrosion of pipes and pipe fittings is all completed in our factory, saving transportation cost, enhance the market competitiveness of products

　　The company has more than 50 sets of testing and inspection equipment. Type test, chemical analysis, and non-destructive testing can be done independently. The Germany SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer provides accurate guarantee for material analysis

　　The company has the special equipment manufacturing license of the People's Republic of China, ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, health and safety environmental management system certification,  and has the right to export. All products have passed the component type test.
