1) Inline and end of line QC inspection has been processed during the whole process of production which are including the arriving of all the raw materials,woods,fabric ect. 

2) When mass production completed,the goods will be inspected by QC manager again.Checking the stability,measurement,color,foam,legs and the shipping mark.

Q: Can I ask for compensation if defective sofa found?  

A: We promise replace if discrepancy as long as you send photos. Our quality control staff inspects all sofa bed during the manufacturing process to ensure they pass our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. In the event you receive any item from us which is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will endeavor to understand the cause and offer a solution.
