1/ 304s.s is more suitable for indoors, far away from oceans. Otherwise, it will be easy to rusty if close to the oceans or the climate is railing too much outside. 

2/ 316s.s can be used for outdoors totally. Even close to the oceans. And it won’t be rusty at all.

4.What is your payment?

50% T/T in advance and balance paid before delivery.

EXW, FOB,CIF, Door to Door is acceptable.
