18.28mm heat strengthen curved glass is combined by 2 sheets of 8mm curved heat strengthen glass with 2.28mm pvb interlayer through high tempereture  laminated glass autoclave.

We also call it 886 laminated glass, 886 ESG, etc.

We are expert on small radius curved tempered laminated glass.

For example, for 8mm tempered curved glass, the minimum radius we can do 800mm; For 4mm tempered glass we can do minimum radius 480mm, which can meet special design requirement like curved shower door glass,  elevator glass, spiral stair glass, etc.

We have Strict control on the curved glass radius, all curved glass are with exact size and radius.

Even when the customer QC take 1:1 printed mold to check the radius, we can 100% pass the inspection.

Specifications

The difference between tempered glass and heat strengthen glass:

1. Tempered glass is with self-detonation rate around 0.3%, heat toughen glass is with no self-detonation rate.

2. Tempered glass is 3-5 times toughened than annealed glass, heat toughen glass's tougheness is a litter lower than tempered glass.

3. Tempered glass will be broken to obtuse segments, toughen glass will be broken to sharp segments.
