Project Background
This project is located in a mountainous area at an altitude of three hundred meters above sea level, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a specific style associated with the buildings overlooking this sea in various global cities such as Italy, Greece, and Spain, and similarly in African countries like Morocco and Algeria. This style is characterized by simplicity, arches, white color. This was the inspiration for the project, as we coordinated with the owner who wanted a su
Exterior Renderings
This image reflects the integration of the outdoor garden and pool with the building. In a way that creates a view from the living room and bedroom to the pool. It shows the convergence of colors, their simplicity, and their integration with each other - the fluid white color of the project with the green color of the plants and grass. This creates a beautiful atmosphere for the outdoor seating area, with a distinctive Middle Eastern style.
Floor Plan
In the ground floor plan, we see an open space at the entrance with the kitchen and living room with a large glass windows at double height, overlooking the garden and the pool. There is a staircase leading to the roof floor. Then, there is a master bedroom with a jacuzzi inside, overlooking the pool. This layout provides a sense of psychological comfort and ease of movement .
Elevation Plan
In the elevations, there is a simple design with a two-story height, arches, and rectangular windows with natural white stone. There are three main materials used for the facade: white stone, glass windows, and red tiles on the roof. These three colors blend with the surroundings to create a sense of comfort and understated elegance. Additionally, the horizontal lines mimic the perspective of the neighboring buildings.
