Project Iyke Villa is a 5bedroom duplex with an added floor for a pent house. Located at Ndinzogwu community in Nnewi in Anambra state. Client needed something urban to change the skyline of the community. With storey buildings springing up daily around his plot, he decided to go with a duplex as well with a concealed roof, wide windows, and a wide porch at the pent floor.
