Project Background
The project (CIAM) is located in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The complex adopts a parametric and biomorphic language, characterized by curved lines, interlocking volumes, and roofs that extend like cloaks, evoking movement and lightness. The architecture is not perceived as isolated pieces, but as an integrated system of interconnected volumes.
Exterior Renderings
It is a proposal that seeks to break the rigidity of traditional architecture, opting for an innovative design where form, function and landscape merge into a fluid, contemporary and highly sensory spatial experience.
Floor Plan
The project is conceived as an interconnected spatial system, where architecture and landscape intertwine to form a continuous fabric of experiences. Based on a fragmented yet fluid geometry, the volumes are arranged like pieces that converge towards a central core, functioning as a meeting point, orientation, and articulation point for the whole.
Elevation Plan
The façade is conceived as a continuous and dynamic skin that envelops the building, reflecting a contemporary architectural language based on fluidity, lightness, and structural integration. More than a static element, the envelope acts as a system that articulates form, function, and movement.
Section Plan
The project is conceived from the section as a dynamic spatial system, where double and triple heights are not only formal resources, but elements that structure the experience, the relationship between uses and the environmental quality of the whole.
