Project Background
The project is located around Changlinwu Reservoir, northeast of Moganshan Town, Deqing County. It is a 70-year residential land parcel, aiming to build a first-class, international, health-preserving and leisure resort community in the Yangtze River Delta.
Master Plan Renderings
The overall layout is grouped according to the mountain terrain and boundary lines. Buildings are arranged in multiple rows by taking advantage of height differences, integrating residents into nature to enjoy fresh air and views of Moganshan.
Master Plan
Vertical design follows the principles of comprehensive consideration, overall arrangement and economic rationality, making full use of original terrain differences to reduce earth excavation. Vehicles are parked at the foot of the mountain, and shuttle buses connect to each group; residents walk to each unit via elevated corridors.
Exterior Renderings
The buildings adopt modern villa design concepts. Height differences, slopes, orientations, windows and platforms are used to maximize landscape resources. Stilts (elevated structures) and floor openings are applied to protect trees and natural vegetation.
Floor Plan
The project consists of 23 plots of different sizes, forming 23 unique building groups. There are about 10 basic unit types, creating a rich layout through combination.
Elevation Plan
The facades feature wide width and shallow depth, with large operable floor-to-ceiling glass, sunshade louvers and skylights, creating a transparent, open architectural image integrated with nature.
Section Plan
Split-level layouts are designed based on terrain height differences. Combined with elevated corridors and inclined elevators, barrier-free access is realized, with rich spatial layers and landscape views.
