Project Background
Our client wanted to build a new house but was not sure how the layout would work on the stand. Therefore, we decided to include a 3D design so that he could see the potential of the house that we created for him.
Floor Plan
Most of the clients do not understand exactly how the finished product is going to look. They also don't know what will fit in the bedrooms and are the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen area are too big or too small. Therefore, a 3D design is the answer so that they can change at the design stage that will not be that costly versus when you need to change when the project has started.
Interior Renderings
The kitchen is always the heart of the home. And needs to be connected with the other living spaces so that it can create that warm atmosphere. It is also one of the places where you spend most of your time. So be creative and enjoy it.
Combined open space creates a excellent flow in your home. And open spaces makes a place always to apear bigger than what it actualy is.
Always look to bring the outside to the inside through Glass doors and windows as it proven that it calms you down especially when you had a bussy day.Combined open spaces are a way of living in the modern age
When you are creative with your spaces you will get the best result by using 3D designs
Big rooms leave sufficient spaces for combined separate TV rooms and lounge area
Main Bathrooms are critcal to be design correctley as kitchens and bathrooms sells a home at the end of the day
Always be creatif when you design the bathrooms.
