Project Background
A well know client of mine was keen on investing in new offices and required a full turnkey design solution that we assisted him with
Project Concept
The overall concept was to create a upmarket industrial office space to cater for at least 40 staff & various directors
Project Highlights
So far we are mid construction phase with a seamless effort as the designs align perfectly with real expectations on site

Spatial Composition
A large open floor plan (Blank canvas) Was provided and we ultimately enjoyed the planning of this project. Dedicating special areas for the directors & Staff. Accommodating daily needs Like kitchens & filing rooms.
Materials & Processing Technology
We used a lot of natural tones as a basis so that when we use complimentary materials it would stand out more and be a ''WOW'' factor.

We utilized every square meter available to create all the respective dedicated areas and it worked perfectly with the clients needs.
