Project Background
Our client approached us after purchasing a large villa that was a bit of aged Tuscany / mixed styles. They wanted to do a complete facelift & design to accommodate travelers, families & functions.

Project Concept
TRANSFORMING A MODERN / TUSCAN STYLE HOME INTO A CONTEMPORARY INDUSTRIAL VILLA. CHANGING THE EMOTION AND AMBIANCE INTO A LUXURIOUS SENCE OF LODGING, THE DESIGN IS DEDICTATED TO REPLACE THE CURRENT, DATED ELEMENTS SUCH AS YELLOWISH WALL PAINT, PEBBLE PAVING AND ROCK CLADDING WITH CONMEMPORARY, EARTHY OBJECTS. IMPLIMENTING DARK GREY TONES, TEXTURED TIMBERS AND STEEL.
Materials & Processing Technology
We compiled a very ambient palette with natural hues each connecting with their own tonal traits.
Floor Plan
We used every bit of available space, to create the ultimate multipurpose villa unit available,
Interior Renderings
We re-constructed the floor level to seamlessly flow throughout the entire house. By placing all of the slats in the open floor plan we still created little individual nooks. The material selection was intentionally darker to create a cozy ambient feel.
