The envisioned 3-bedroom apartment project aims to create a harmonious living space that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with functional design. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and efficient residential environment, emphasizing spatial optimization, sustainable practices, and a contemporary lifestyle.

The Floor Plan The plan was designed to fit the requirements of the client at hand. All design principles were followed so as to be on the right track and accomplish what was expected of me.
Interior Renderings
Sitting room is the first render where by the family will use this space for watching having a very spacious space to ease movement. Also good lighting was created also air circulation in the room is great
The photo shows why paintings and artworks are important to our designs. They make the room appear like it has some sort of life
This was done so as to fit greatly in the Kenyan modern industry. Space was also a very important aspect when it came to designing of the completed house.
