Project Background
This project was a free exercise which allowed us to choose our goals and restriction. The studio's client is an artist living in a residential neighbourhood. The site is a regular form with one blind wall
Floor Plan
All living spaces are on the ground floor : Lobby that separate the exterior from the interior with two transitional spaces, the Kitchen, the living room, the work desk and the bathroom.
The upper floor is a mezzanine designed for the room with a view over the sky and the lower floor.
Apartment - Bedroom
The room is a mezzanine over the lower floor grounds, the colors has been choose to be appeasing with warm touches
Apartment - Drawing Room, Living Room
The client does not receive often and a lot of persons, therefore the space is thought more as a cinema room than a reception
Apartment - Study
The client is a digital artist, they need a space concecrated to their art. The lighting aree placed at height to optimize the use at night. The green color helps into focusing
Apartment - Kitchen
The colors are warm and the space lightened by a zenithal roof window. Vegetation has been added for the olfactive confort and functional use (as cooking herbs)
