Project Background
In the current post-pandemic era, space has changed our big activities a lot, especially work from home (wfh). The comfort of working and carrying out basic activities is a user need good and comfortable in the room. Many aspects of the interior can affect the quality of space. including shape composition, lighting effects, interior coloring, material textures to patterns. This is our benchmark in designing and designing comfortable and efficient interiors.
Project Concept
The composition of the room is divided into 2 different segments with the aim of clarifying programs that want to be highlighted as private and productive workspaces. Zoning divide the space in public, semi-public and private, so that the workplace is placed in the most background to maintain focus and productivity. Then separated by stairs as divider between the dining room, living room and kitchen.
Project Highlights
This project comes from the needs of users who are freelancers with a total of 2 users area of 10x6m assuming a mezzanine apartment with its main needs requires space Work. The program space includes bathroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and living room meeting and supporting area. This apartment unit has a "tropical modern minimalist" concept where users can has the impression of enthusiasm, comfort and has an open mind so that users can be free
Floor Plan
Efficiency & effectiveness of space achieved is the living room and kitchen that can be used as a gathering room, chatting and eat/drink making it more flexible to user needs. Interiors too considering translucent glass so that one room with another program remains unified and has interior semipermeable properties which means it can be visualized from any distance.
