Project Background
Thhis peoject developed for our regular customer. This villa located far away from city in the forest and river bank. Our client want to build modern, cozy and comfortable interior for his big family. Our task its create stylish, functional interior design and implement it with full time supervising . The first part we did ! Project waiting to be a real.
Project Concept
This project was created not for everyday living, located far away from megapolis this house like tample for relaxation and calming with your family and eye to eye with nature.
Project Highlights
The planning decision was changed three times until it was found convenient for all family members. With the condition that this house is part of a complex of buildings which includes: Guest house 600 sq.m. SPA with sauna, outdoor pool 240 sq.m. and ForRest house 200 sq.m. 2 Everything is located on for 70,000 sq.m. land in a great location. The project of the whole complex was developed by Maxim Ermolov. The guest house is 100% sold, the spa is 50% sold, the Forrest house is 15% renovated. At the moment, all work is stopped due to the war.
Spatial Composition
The composition is built in such a way that the living room with a fireplace faces the lake, and on the opposite side there are bedrooms and bathrooms both on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Materials & Processing Technology
A detailed layout of all interior elements makes it possible to accurately calculate the amount of necessary finishing materials, furniture, lighting, etc.
Ordering cabinet furniture, mirrors, chests of drawers will not be difficult if you have a detailed drawing in your hands.
Working on site, we fully perform all the functions of a designer and build turnkey projects. Working remotely, we are looking for a convenient way for everyone to implement a project to achieve their goals. We offer a variety of detailing and content projects to choose from, from the simplest with a basic minimum set of drawings, to detailed drawings with the selection of materials and equipment and supervision and consultations in the implementation process.
