Project Background
The project is initiated by Dubai municipality for the lower income local Emirati's with the intention of providing them with better living. I worked as a designer under the company called U-artist and am blessed enough that my design got selected. The project is still under construction.
Floor Plan
Ground floor layout with Majlis, dining, kitchen and a guest room
the first floor is dedicated to all the private rooms.
Interior Renderings
This is the master bedroom located in the second floor of the villa.
The second bedroom where a small side table added which can be use as a study table as well.
A very minimalist TV unit for the Majlis area at the living room
This guest room TV unit have little dramatic lighting for the guest to feel more welcoming to the house.
