Project Background
Living room & reception for a first floor villa apartment. Client provided us with large square space, he wanted to have a reception, pool table, dinning, kitchen the challenge was to provide required spaces without interference between their activities, a partition with shelves & TV unit was put to divide space into reception area & pool & dinning area, flooring was finished in high gloss porcelain tiles and walls was painted & cladded with wood.

Shot showing space divided by tv unit & shelving. the, light steel construction was used for divider and gypsum panels and wood shelves was the finish.

main focus was high quality, luxury look, based on that a high gloss marble finish was chosen for flooring and wall, beside using of wood slat strips in background wall, the view shows reception seating & background wall.
Pool table view showing dinning table in the back, divider partition was designed to enable tv movement between sitting area and pool area to enable guests & residents to enjoy thier favorite shwos without having to shift places between sitting and pool table area.
