Project Background
This is a modern minimalist style project completed in June this year. The residence is located in the Qileyuan Community near Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou. He is a teacher at Sun Yat-Sen University. He lives near the school and it is convenient to commute to get off work. However, since the building is too old and the maintenance is mediocre, the whole house needs to be renovated.
Interior Renderings
The house was originally a two-bedroom. Due to the age, the ash on the walls has fallen off a lot, with yellow and gray, and dirt in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the layout of the house is also very traditional. The owner hopes that we can change the layout of the house. The layout is better and the activity space can be more open and bright.
In this renovation, we have changed the location of the dining table and kitchen quite a bit. The owner told us that only breakfast, dinner and weekends would be cooked at home. In general, the dining table and kitchen will be less likely to be used than ordinary families. Some, so what designers need to solve is how to combine the dining table with the kitchen and at the same time integrate the function of the office.
Because the functions of dining table, kitchen and office can be solved in the same space, and the clever use of columns makes the whole space look like there is no extra space. Therefore, the location of the living room is much larger than the original area, and More practical and comfortable.
The other is the master room. In the design of the master room, the designer integrates the simple design style that has been used all the time. The space is pure white and concise, and there is no superfluous design. On the furniture of the master room, a special bed was selected. The feature of this bed is that there is a sofa function in it, which is very harmonious as a whole.
