Project Background
The offices are located in the two last levels of the Torre Cavendes, on an axis financial -commercial to the east of the city capital. The structural configuration of the tower It is composed of a central core of concrete, square in shape that houses lifts, stairs and bathrooms and an external ring also square composed of “C” shaped pillars whose separation allows the passage of light into the office area.
Project Concept
leaving the operational offices between the proposed ring and the existing outer ring. The communication between both levels is carried out by two stairs internal, one located in the reception area composed by a double height space and the other on the opposite side of the tower.
