Project Background
this is a proposed duplex town house situated in Nairobi to help solve the issue of land which is rapidly becoming scarce in the city due to rural urban migration.
Floor Plan
this is the floor plan of the two duplex houses sharing a common wall. This will help solve the issue of land which is rapidly becoming scarce.
Interior Renderings
LIVING ROOM. It’s a combination of marble gypsum plaster and paint. The sectional sofa with cotton fabric, chandelier and round coffee table all come together to form a cozy living room.
DINING SPACE. The dining space is a master piece combination of gypsum and marble. The storage shelves and wine rack add on to the esthetics and function of the space.
LOUNGE AREA The lounge area has a smooth curve design bringing out aspect of cozy feeling and relaxation. Acts as a second sitting area for this house.
KITCHEN. Well-designed kitchen with a nice contrast between the wall and cabinets. The textured wall brings out the elegance in the space. The counter tops have a nice marble finish.
BEDROOM 02. Well laid out gypsum finish with an arched design with panels that brings out the contrast. Perfect for a girl's bedroom.
BEDROOM 01. This bedroom has a back lit gypsum design which brings out the ambience of the room without disturbing the eye. The vertical elements bring out the element of height. Perfect for a boys bedroom
