Project Background
This interior project was developed for a private apartment of 107.72 m² located in Saint Petersburg, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Finland. The main goal was to create a calm, contemporary living space that balances functionality, aesthetics, and the unique natural context of the site. The design focuses on a restrained color palette, tactile materials, and a thoughtful spatial structure that enhances natural light and frames the sea view as a key element of the interior experience.
Floor Plan
The planning concept is based on dividing the apartment into two independent private zones for two owners, while maintaining comfortable shared spaces.
The layout considers panoramic glazing, natural light, and functional circulation. Common areas are placed closer to the views, while private rooms are designed as calm, secluded spaces. The plan ensures ergonomic solutions, logical zoning, and flexibility for future use.
Apartment - Drawing Room, Living Room
This visualization presents the living room as the central emotional space of the apartment.
Natural light, large-format materials, and accent surfaces create a sense of openness and architectural clarity. The composition highlights spatial proportions, lighting scenarios, and key decorative elements, emphasizing the contrast between calm background finishes and expressive focal points.
