THE PROJECT BBA CHPNZ is 145 sqm home in Glen Lorne. The job was a renovation of the existing building on site
Floor Plan
The project involved the opening up of the kitchen , lounge and dining area into and open plan floor plan, allowing for the space to breathe. The veranda was also to be turned into a sun room

Other Interior Renderings
the final conclusion was an open plan design, in muted stucco grey and exposed timber tones, with down lights punctuating the space.
the kitchen island with a water fall white granite edge went on to subtly anchor the space, providing a center around which , the occupants could gather.
the veranda was turned into a sun room , with an outlook of the beautiful Glen Lorne landscape as well as the new feature pool.
