Project Background
This project is an interior design for a 30 m² apartment, focused on maximizing functionality and visual space. The design uses a minimalist approach with a light, neutral color palette to make the rooms feel more open. Each space, including the living room, kitchen, and bedroom, is designed for efficiency and a streamlined, uncluttered look. The overall goal is to create a stylish and comfortable home despite the compact size.
Floor Plan
The floor plan for this 30 m² apartment features an open-concept living and kitchen area near the entrance. A separate, private bedroom is located at the back of the unit. The layout efficiently divides the small space into distinct, functional zones. This design maximizes the apartment's livability by creating a clear separation between public and private spaces.
Interior Renderings
The minimalist approach with a large sectional sofa and a circular coffee table is intentional. The furniture is chosen to be functional and comfortable without overwhelming the small footprint. The use of light colors and large windows helps to make the space feel more open and airy.
The kitchen's design, with its sleek, dark cabinetry and clean lines, is a solution for creating a modern and uncluttered look. The seamless storage and streamlined appearance are key to preventing the small kitchen from feeling cramped or messy.
The bedroom is designed as a calm and organized retreat. The focus is on a serene atmosphere, and the minimalist decor helps to keep the room from feeling crowded. The strategic use of a single, striking light fixture and simple furnishings adds style without sacrificing precious space.
