Project Background
The house was purchased fully furnished, with its old and outdated interior. However, the new owners did not want to keep anything from the existing condition. They envisioned a bright, modern home that would reflect their personal taste and lifestyle. The transformation required a complete redesign, starting from the spatial layout down to the smallest decorative details, aiming to bring light, simplicity, and contemporary elegance to every corner of the house.
The living room featured two large windows, a balcony door, a radiator, and a wooden ceiling. However, none of these elements aligned with the new, modern style the owners desired, making a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the space necessary.
The kitchen was small and located in a separate room. Upon entering, better ventilation was needed to ensure comfortable and hassle-free cooking.
The guest bathroom did not reflect the clients’ taste at all, so it required a complete renovation.
Additionally, on the next two floors, everything needed to be redone from scratch, as nothing was kept in its original place.
We removed the partition wall that separated the living room from the kitchen. The space opened up and became brighter and more functional, better suited to everyday living.
The entire house required a complete redesign of the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the installation of underfloor heating. Naturally, new window frames, interior doors, and granite flooring were also included to achieve a modern and high-quality result.
In the living room, one of the two windows was ultimately removed and replaced by three fixed decorative columns, which brought vibrancy and a unique character to the space.
Floor Plan
We designed a beautiful office space in the basement, quiet and secluded from the rest of the house — ideal for focused work without distractions.
All necessary construction details for each element that requires fabrication are included in the plans, ensuring a complete and clear picture of the implementation.
These plans are reviewed together with the client and serve as guidelines for the contractors during the project execution.
We design all the details thoroughly up to the top floor.
Villa - Bedroom (Master Room)
We chose a wall with wooden paneling and installed ceiling lights on both sides of the bed, creating a warm and elegant effect.
The most beautiful detail in the room is in front of the fixed windows, where a structure has been created featuring lighting, plants, and a white stone covering, adding vibrancy and natural beauty to the space.
Other Interior Renderings
In the bedroom, we followed the same style with fixed windows, adding more lighting to create a bright and pleasant atmosphere.
