Project Background
The Elegant & Modern Apartment Interior Design Conceptually, the project needed to adapt to a modern design perspective. The apartment is well-organized, featuring a standard modern distribution for this type of topology. Despite the absence of key compartments, it was perfectly possible to conceive and find alternatives for the encountered situations, while also providing cozy and welcoming environments, reflecting the owner's and family's intentions.
Floor Plan
The Floor Plan Conceptually, the project needed to adapt to a modern design perspective. The apartment is well-organized, featuring a standard modern distribution for this type of topology. Despite the absence of key compartments, it was perfectly possible to conceive and find alternatives for the encountered situations, while also providing cozy and welcoming environments, reflecting the owner's and family's intentions.
Apartment - Bedroom (Master Room)
The master suite features cream-toned walls complemented by white furniture, enhanced with mirrored accents from two full-length mirrors. The bed, in dark brown tones, is a king-size bed flanked by two bedside tables equipped with LED panels. A textured TV panel and a rug over the carpet were also designed. The bathroom was renovated by replacing the built-in bathtub with a freestanding one alongside a shower. Corner shelves, decorative frames, and a custom wardrobe were also included.

The main bathroom installation is simple, with ceramic finishes on walls and floors, a shower box with a wooden raised floor and tiled walls. It includes supporting shelves and features small, preferably succulent plants in pots for decoration and fragrance.

Apartment - Drawing Room, Living Room
The focus was on the living room, where upon entering, there's an aquarium and a mirror with different reliefs, providing a pleasant first impression. Above the aquarium, acting as a lid, there's a lightweight marble stone for decoration and keychains. A plant was also placed in the corner near the kitchen entrance. The interior features light colors and soft tones for a comfortable and pleasing visual experience.

The kitchen was designed in a U-shape, with an additional standalone cabinet for increased storage capacity. It includes space for a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and extractor hood.
