Project Background
The land is located in a residential and commercial area with an area of ​​695.53square meters. There are many different buildings around the proposed land, including hotels, hospitals, community halls, municipal buildings, commercial complexes, museums, etc. The original buildings are also hotels. After 30 years of age, it will be demolished and rebuilt into a new hotel chain called "H House".

Scheme Design
Schematic design began with a multi-layered facade system composed of vertically stacked modules or panels. The facade features a series of vertical fins or louver-like elements, likely for shading, ventilation, or aesthetic purposes. The building's structural framework is visible, consisting of horizontal and vertical members that form the underlying support system for the facade. The illustration highlights the connections and joints between the various facade components.
The building envelope with components of aluminium Striping in a Warm Gray 1C (Pantone) color. The building incorporates a logo signage element in 871C Gold (Pantone) color. The exterior cladding is made of aluminium in a Warm Gray 3C (Pantone) color. Stone Coating: A stone coating material is used as part of the facade treatment, with a Color Level No. 2 T2008 finish.
