Project Background
As architects, our approach was always to keep the project cost-effective, permanent and maximum embrace of views. An opportunity was seen in the location (the lot is located in the second tier of the French beach huts), so the plan was to create a pavilion on pilotis to gain elevation. As a result, one could enjoy the views of the horizon, by overlooking the front rows obstruction.

As architects our approach was always to keep the project cost effective, permanence and maximum embrace of views.
An opportunity was seen in the location (the lot is located in the second tier of the French beach huts), so the plan was to create a pavilion on pilotis to gain elevation.
As a result one could enjoy the views of the horizon, by over looking the front rows obstruction.
While observing the sites, conditions and context. It was discovered, In order to enhance the views Panoramic glazing could be created all along the public spaces.
Fair face finishes, non plastered ceilings, rusted pvc doors, were all choices to keep the project low cost, easy to maintain and above all, a pallet that would be proletarian to its surrounding hues and textures.
